I am honored to be part of the team at Golden Counseling Center, where my goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I work with high-achieving adults and neurodivergent clients, providing a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed space to explore perfectionism, executive function challenges, anxiety, and identity development. I strive to create a collaborative environment where therapy feels approachable, effective, and tailored to each client’s needs.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado.

My professional background includes working with teens and adults in various nonprofit settings, where I have supported individuals in clarifying goals, building resilience, and navigating life’s transitions. Whether managing ADHD, coping with anxiety, or exploring new life directions, I am committed to helping clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and capable.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy skiing, trying out new recipes, and spending time with my friends and family.
