I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2023, I have worked in the neurofeedback field under the supervision of Marina Buswell, gaining valuable experience supporting children and adolescents in both school and clinical settings. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a strong commitment to promoting brain health and well-being.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with my husband. I look forward to learning more about the people, places, and activities that bring meaning and joy to your life.
