I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships.

I believe in the power of connection and strive to help individuals and families build communication, trust, respect, and joy in their lives.

I value the role relationships play in shaping who we are, while also understanding how complex those dynamics can be. I aim to offer a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly understood as they work through those experiences.

In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and being outdoors—rock climbing, practicing yoga, or backpacking whenever I can. I also enjoy a handful of artistic creative outlets that help me stay grounded and inspired.
