Aleix Lyon

I am an LPCC with a background in both clinical and school counseling, supporting clients in feeling understood and empowered. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and high-achieving clients, offering a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming space. I support clients navigating challenges across school, work, and social settings, including perfectionism, anxiety, life transitions, and executive functioning difficulties.

Our work focuses on understanding your brain, building insight into your patterns and needs, and creating sustainable strategies for daily life. I use evidence-based tools to support regulation, reduce overwhelm, and build self-trust, with a collaborative and practical approach to meaningful change.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy skiing, trying out new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
