I am a Board-Certified Neurotherapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my career, I have been honored to support individuals as they take meaningful steps toward personal growth and improved mental health.

My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, guiding clients toward achieving their mental health goals and enhancing their overall well-being. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive space where individuals can explore self-discovery, build resilience, and work toward living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Outside of my professional work, I value maintaining a healthy lifestyle through self-care, strong relationships, and personal interests such as live music, yoga, snowboarding, reading, and spending time in nature with friends and family.
