Rebecca

Rebecca Bruehlman is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's-level intern. She believes that therapy is a unique place where individuals can be accepted as they are while exploring who they truly want to become.

Rebecca enjoys helping people explore how their experiences and relationships have shaped how they feel about themselves and how they relate to the world. She works collaboratively with clients to make sense of patterns that have developed over time, understand where they originated, and consider which aspects continue to serve them and which do not. Through this process, clients can begin to live lives that feel authentic to them. Rebecca works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and challenges in creating a life that aligns with their desires.
